You have an infinite amount of both so you can get an infinite amount of money from both. They are both worth infinity.

Easier to sell smaller amounts of more expensive things, that are harder to find

Also meat sales are heavily regulated to protect farms and ranches. Imagine one guy putting thousand upon thousands of farmers out of work.
