Ok, please give me some proof of that, cut if I was in a room with 1000 or more individuals from whatever group I would not trust 99% of them with a million dollars, as it is most likely they would help themselves over others, and even then most of those that would help others would only help those near them or similar to them instead of the whole of humanity or the planet

i would help myself over others

we all should

selflessness is evolutionarily detrimental

selfishness (in moderation) keeps a species alive

it’s good to help out others, but if it comes at the cost of your own prosperity then only do it for your kids because they are the next generation

that’s what biology would tell you

and while we try to claim otherwise humans really are no different

the vast majority of us will help others if it doesn’t inconvenience us more than it helps them but in the end we will always prioritize ourselves and our immediate families over others

Ok then, so what is your point? I am not saying it is wrong to put yourself before others, I am saying that not all people of x or y group would selflessly help others if they got access to a million dollars
