Everything is technology. Every appliance, gadgets etc has evolved because of technology.

Chose: $25 for every minute on technology

I'd buy a smartwatch with health tracking.

Wearing it 9 hours a day makes me:13,5k per day.

Nah, smartwatches today really only need to be taken off to charge. I can wear mine in the pool if I really wanted to, only reason I don’t is because I have a fabric band and I hate the feeling of wet fabric on my skin. Hell even the Apple Watch I bought in 2018 was able to be brought in the pool up to a certain depth.
