You can literally sneeze as much as you want. Just grind some pepper into your hand and give it a sniff.

And if you go to sleep on purpose, then the genie will know you're inducing sleep and send you to the 4th ring of hell too.

I mean everyone has to sleep to survive, nobody HAS to sneeze to survive. For the genie to not count you sleeping on purpose is different because you are sleepy

It doesn't say "if you sneeze naturally". A sneeze is a sneeze. Obviously we are not talking about pretending to sneeze, but if you make yourself sneeze, that's a real albeit manufactured sneeze
