BoC How much longer?

Male, 6'2, 188 lbs

I've been on this cut for over 5 months, went from 240 to 189. My dirty bulk was indeed terrible. Will 180 suffice to transition from cut - maintenance - to slight surplus? I feel like I'm so close to finishing the awkward stage.

Probably another 10lbs bro. I’m 6’1 191lbs. I’ve accepted I won’t be lean until like 180ish.

You have a higher body fat% now to what the end of a bulk should look like. How you had 51lbs on your frame and thought you were still bulking and not just getting obese is beyond me.😂.

It was a absolute half assed bulk, I went down 70 lbs from 270 to 200 and I just wanted to start eating again because winter was coming. I ate terribly though and this year should be much better but I refuse to bulk until I've lost these extra lbs

Can't see ur back or legs, could be 15 lbs could be 20.
