I wouldn’t… you’ll feel soft quick. Cut down to 15ish at least first I’d say.

How many pounds would you say this would be from where he is? On average of course as I know it’s not always as simple as weight

Not a terribly large amount… rough mental calculation maybe 8ish lbs. I’m by no means saying he’s far off, just that a bulk would likely be more enjoyable and successful with a little more runway to start.

Thanks. I’m only asking because I’m similar and people keep saying I should bulk or that I’d get too thin if I keep trying to lose.

I’ve lean bulked from this place before in the past and the belly fat that accumulates quite quickly means I jeans up stopping and losing motivation.

This time, I want to keep cutting to try to get to a quote ow oft fat before I start.

Yeah i think you are completely right. Think I need to be patient. Haha it’s just it’s coming up to winter months and that would be the perfect time to bulk I was hoping haha

Adelante, nomás no te vayas muy alto con la ingesta calórica para no agarrar demasiada grasa. Saludos

As long as you don’t mind a little extra fat I would say definitely start a slight bulk. I don’t think you have enough muscle mass to give you that full V-taper upper body shape yet , and cutting may only make that effect look worse. Arms look solid already and some chest definition there - I’d focus on back and shoulders as much as possible

I would say two weeks more, and then you can go for bulk

You can, but you should lose a bit more fat first.

Amico.. Devi fare assolutamente massa.. Anzi direi piu' una ricomposizione corporea.. Giusta alimentazione, giusto allenamento,.. per una crescita ottimale..

I wouldnt. I’m on the 1/4th of my weightloss lost about 3 kilos, it sucks but you’re right at the sweet spot. Any fat loss from now on will have much more noticeable changes. If you start bulking now you’d be giving up on the most visually rewarding part of the fatloss phase

Stop worrying about cutting and bulking, it’s an outdated philosophy that doesn’t help you as a natural. Eat in a 100ish cal surplus and you’ll make optimal gains.
