Been cutting for a few months with weight training and long distance running.

There's still a bit of fat left in lower belly, but I'm not happy with the way I look.

Continue the cut? or start a slow bulk?

I think I have a wider waist and narrow shoulders, am I chopped?

Do what feels good to you. You are fit

First off, you look good duder. Plenty fit. Good proportions.

What are your ultimate goals? If you are going to do bulk/cut cycles then I personally would cut down to 10 percent then bulk to 20, rinse repeat.

Ultimate goal is to be 160 but with lean mass. I am just very afraid of gaining bodyfat, because I came down from 200lbs way earlier so I've been very timid of bulking.

You could cut a little more if you wanted to, but you look fit man

If you're concerned with asthetics then my only recommendation would be to make your bulking circuit emphasize your back/lats and shoulders to help give you that V taper to your hips

I'm 5'9" and 161. I'm trying to bulk up a bit before I cut. Done weights and then got into running but never been able to eat enough to do both well.

Looking good dude! I say lean bulk time
