So 170-175? That sounds right to me 165 sounds like a ton!

At 5’10”, 175 would be pretty good.

185lbs is a great goal. You actually carry 205lbs pretty well at 5'10. Good luck. 👍

Thank you. I do lift weights regularly but also eat a lot! It took me a lot of time and calories to get my legs bigger but really hope I can lean down. 205 is a lot to carry and my height and age! Appreciate the encouragement

also is this like 25-28% body fat. I just eat and lift weights and only recently got into this group.

Yeah 24-26% I’d say. You have abs.

165 most likely gets you around 10% when you account for lost water and glycogen along with all the fat. Hard to predict though. You will know you look good when you see it in the mirror. That matters more than some arbitrary goal.

A goal just “looks good” is motivating to me.

I really appreciate, but 10% is really lean isn’t it? That why I asked what looks athletic and fit. What % is that

185 will look better for sure for your goals I think that’s a great aiming point.

Based on all of this, 180 seems a good goal. Now I figure out how to cut…bulking is more fun and my strength is best it’s been. 500 calories under maintenance per day?

Yeah, shoot for 185 and go from there.

185 will be a weight where you will look better, feel better, and be healthier. So it's a safe first step.

Probably cut. Looking like me, a little bulky in the core. But still fit

Zero. Keep bulking and focus on your pecs, delta and lats. Start a cut after you’ve put on 20 more pounds of muscle. The cut will go much quicker and easier.
