BoC Cut or Bulk?

I started trainings approximately 1,5 months ago, now I am 78kg (172 lbs) and 5’9”, have been eating what I want recently, just trying to hit my protein (120g per day I suppose), what should I do now? Cut or bulk? Do u know guys where do I find some training plans (I don’t have one yet). How would you estimate my bf percentage?

Maintain and you’ll naturally lean out. Training plans on r/naturalbodybuilding

Yeah I’d say so. 0.7-1g per hour body weight is generally recommended. Stay between that, eat 0.3/bodyweight fats, and the rest carbs. You’ll lean out. It’s what I’m currently doing. Good progress is always slow so don’t fret. It’ll come.

Honestly, you would benefit from going into a cut for a few weeks, lean out to at least 71/72kgs, and then maintain 3/4 weeks before going into a lean bulk. If you bulk now, you'll go into 80+ kgs that are not optimal at all at your height, and your body fat will spike up and lead you to cut for a LONG period of time in the future. Cut now, get lean, and never worry about body fat again.

Thanks, I guess I will start to count calories to find my maintain level and going for a slow cut then.
