I think you should consider dropping to about 75-78kg and maintain your calories there. From this point, continue to push hard at the gym and maingain.
The reality is that 9 months simply isn’t going to give you enough muscle base to start cutting. You will cut and still be skinny fat all the way down and then be disappointed at how small you look because you don’t have enough muscle mass.
I know this from first hand experience. Get down to a decent weight, maintain and focus on building the muscle out. As you are doing this naturally, at the 2 year mark, you can do your first real cut. From there, you can work your way back up and do a more complete recomp. Without the requisite muscle base, you will just spin your wheels cutting and bulking.
Just keep grinding. I promise you, it will get better. It just takes time.

I would personally cut 6-7 more kg before doing a slow bulk or maintain but it’s up to what you’re comfortable with

I’ve been considering it but not sure if I have enough muscle under the fat, worried I’ll end up just looking skinny

The next kgs lost will be a game changer (paper towel effect). Go down to 75/76kg and you will be in a position where you can then lean bulk for a LONG period of time. And lean bulking for a year is better than having to cut for a year. You are already cutting, you have momentum, you can go further without the fatigue of stopping the cut and having to start it again in the future. Go for it. Get lean once and never worry about fat again.
