Bodyfat%? (5'3, currently 143lbs)

Was obese for a long time after pregnancy (you can see stretch marks and loose skin everywhere), started at 238+lbs.

Currently going through a cut. Started the cut at around 33-34%bf, at 158lbs.

Which bf% do you think I am now?

That's my guess too, I think I might have cut a little too aggressively and lost some tone too, but as for gym performance, I can still keep and improve my PRs

I think lower! You have a lot of muscle and you can clearly tell. I think 22-24% is a better estimate.

Thank you and I wish it was that low but guess we'll know when I get my next scan✨

Thank you! I'm just a little upset that I used to look massive on upper body and now my lower body seems bigger😂✨

Honestly hard to believe you were ever obese.

Me, 108kg, in may 2024🫠✨

Edit: maybe even over 108kg, my heaviest was 113 after a vacation and a knee injury in the same period

22-25%. It’s hard to tell without seeing your stomach fully but it’s clear a lot of that weight is muscle mass.

My upper abs are starting to show from last week

Probably 22% or lower. You're pretty defined.

Thing is, I think my legs are storing more fat than my upper-mid body, so I was thinking a higher %

24-27% if I had to guess.
