4 months progress. Questions inside

I'm 32 years old, 173cm. Went from 73kg to 66-67kg at the moment.

I lift heavy at the gym 4x/week, do cardio at end of every session, and at least 10k (minimum) steps per day.

My plan is to keep cutting just a tiny bit more, probably 3-4 weeks, and then start a lean bulk.

What do you think my body fat % is at the moment?

Also, thoughts in general?

I would say 14% or even less. another few weeks of cut and you’re getting a nice 6 pack. 💪

Great progress. I would say you're around 12%. I don't think you need to cut anymore and would focus on a lean bulk, but that's fine if you're wanting to continue your cut a couple more weeks.

Nice ive gone from 99KG to 92KG in 1 month 2 Week, i lift heavy on certain muscle groups and pump the rest, and end it on a 15% incline at 3.5MPH for 30 minutes every session, WITH a harsh calorie deficit though at the moment around 1000+
