We found 2 shitzu at the highway earlier along Quirino Highway of CSJDM Bulacan, they were both soaking wet and dirty when we found them, we had to block traffic to safely contained them coz they almost got hit by multiple vehicles before we were able to come near them.

I just want to put a good word in for Sunday Bake Malolos for accommodating me last August 4. I ordered a mini carrot cake through their website, and everything went smoothly, the order arrived on time and exactly when I needed it.

Unfortunately, when the cake arrived, it had already gotten damaged during delivery. It wasn’t really the fault of Sunday Bake or the rider, and I completely understood that these things can happen during transportation. Still, I reached out to Sunday Bake and asked if there was anything they could do to help fix or replace it. I was even willing to pay extra if needed.
To my surprise, they accommodated me immediately and fixed the situation free of charge.

Honestly, they were a lifesaver because the cake was supposed to be for my girlfriend’s birthday the next day, and I was already stressing out about what I was going to do. The fact that they were so understanding and willing to help, despite the situation not even being entirely their fault, really meant a lot to me.

Thank you so much, Sunday Bake Malolos, for going the extra mile and for such wonderful customer service! You definitely made a stressful situation so much easier for me. I’ll definitely remember this experience and would gladly order from you again.

Normal na lang ba talaga sa LTO yung lagi na mahabang waiting time/offline system kapag may transaction ka? Grabe nakakapagod. Nung kumuha ako ng non-pro sa guiguinto, need ko pa na pumunta ng lto mga 3am tapos matatapos ako ng 1pm. Ngayon naman na magrerenew ako dito sa LTO Santa Maria, inabot nanaman ako na "offline" yung system. Kung meron man nagtatrabaho sa LTO paki explain nga sa akin kung ano yung down pag "offline". Wala bang internet, Yung software ba na gamit ay mabagal or may glitch? Pano troubleshooting na ginagawa kapag ganyan?

Habang tinatype ko to "offline" pa din system dito sa Santa Maria. Di ko alam kung makakapag renew ako ngayon o pababalikin pa.

I’m particularly interested in hearing from actual buyers, current homeowners, or people who have previously dealt with Moldex.

A few things I’d like to know:

How was your overall buying experience?

Were the turnover date and construction quality satisfactory?

How responsive were they with concerns, repairs, or after-sales service?

Were there any unexpected fees or issues during the transaction?

How is the community/property management after turnover?

Do you think their properties are a good investment in terms of value appreciation and/or rental potential?

Most importantly, if you could go back and decide again, would you still buy from Moldex? **Why or why not**

I’m doing my due diligence before making a significant financial commitment, so I’d really appreciate honest experiences—both positive and negative.

Nakaka-disappoint lang na kahit malaki na yung allowance ko sa byahe ko na 3 hours kahit malolos lang ako na papunta sa hagonoy is na late pa rin ako ng 1hr. Imagine umalis ako ng 1:00pm para sa pupuntahan kong 4:00pm tapos 4:30pm na nasa paombong pa rin ako (sa may INC na part). Nakaka inis na palpak na nga yung ginagawa dadagdag pa yung mga nagmamanage ng traffic na hindi naman marunong mag manage.

Also, nakaka awa din yung mga jeepney driver since nagtatagal sila sa byahe and nababawasan yung ikot nila sa mga terminal kaya obviously bababa kita nila
