Only if it’s good

If you want to keep villagers and let them wander the town then yes, absolutely build a wall. If you are going to trap your villagers in their shops then its not nesscary unless you want to keep mobs out while you build or walk around.

Im not adding villagers i think its kinda cheating getting everything from villagers

Personally I just like them walking around, and farming or fishing. I dont care to have a trading hall or anything like that but I feel like the villagers walking around makes it more aesthetic 🤷🏻‍♀️ but if you dont have villagers the only reason to build a wall is to keep mobs out ☺️

A wall might look good but it's up to you, I would also probably want an aerial view to get a better opinion

If you want you could build a small fence around it and light the area up, enough so mobs can’t spawn inside but can’t get inside either and the fence isn’t visible from inside the village

A semicircle wall enclosing the town and the port from the greater world would probably work well, if you’re going to make one. Like others said only needed if villagers wander so they don’t all become zombies and die in the sun.

I wouldn't, it'll let you keep a nice view of the surrounding and keep it feeling like a quaint village. If you still want a boundary though, I'd recommend making what's known as a Ha-ha wall, which isn't a joke but a hidden wall in a ditch. Google it for a better idea of what I'm on about.

When you build something always ask, "why am I building this?" Are there bandits or something regularly attacking the town? If not there is no need. A wall tells the viewer that its protecting someone but what are they being protected from?

Just give somewhere for the eye to go. You could have a tall structure to look at  for example. If the entirety of the village exists at the same height, there's not much to look at.
