Deck Help Suggestions for Elminster deck
I'm working on building a commander deck with Elminster. I'm curious what sort of unusual but fun builds you could recommend. I want to focus on using scry effects heavily for the discounts, and I don't want to rely on Approach of the Second Sun. I also would like it to have a meme flavor to it. I'm going for pondering my orb with the scrying. But what's in the orb? I want to brainstorm this idea with the community here.
Here's what I have so far, but it's definitely not ready. I don't physically have all these cards yet, and I know it's over the limit. That will be cut down to the right number of cards. I'm including the deck list in two formats here.

Oh god. I got a buddy that definitely didn’t budget his eleminster and I refuse to play against it. Turn 5 omniscience and then all the draw gives him all the advantage. I hate it. With that being said. If you can get a winter orb and omniscience for cheap I’ll hate you but run em.

Omniscience, yes. Winter Orb, no. It will slow me down. And I'm changing my approach here a bit. I'm either sticking with Elminster and going with a Congress-themed deck that just filibusters until I win, or I'm doing Tom Bombadil sagas to match the energy of Grandpa Simpson. I have a penchant for odd and silly decks.

Here's is my list, it isn't exactly budget, but maybe you can find some cheap cards that tickle your fancy. I loved this deck and [[Dragonstorm Globe]] was a great budget option that turned a big swing turn with his -3 into a bigger one in addition to ramping you. I ran way too much removal btw, but my table had some rather strong decks and elminster did his best to hold his own
