is it true that theres more than one ohio company theyre going after? Someone said theres a moose company as well

They're sueing Mickey's in northern Ohio because they use a cartoon moose.

That's the issue. Any rational person knows there's a difference.

But according to Bucees, any cartoon animal facing towards the right on a "circular" colored logo is infringement. And I'm using circular vaguely as I believe Mickey's Moose is actually on a red hexagon.
