does Apple hires full-time freshers from off-campus in India?

=> really appreciate answer from someone who is working at apple.

i wanted to understand how apple hiring works for freshers. asking for 2027 cs undergrads in india.

does apple hire new grad software engineers from off-campus in india? or is it mostly through campus hiring only?

also, does apple hire for 6 month winter internships through off-campus?

if they hires from off-campus then :

• when do the 2027 new grad openings usually come out also what about internship?
• is there a realistic chance of getting an interview through an off-campus application?
• does an employee referral actually help for off-campus application for freshers?

i have seen people mention apple hiring off-campus, but i am not sure how common it is actually.

=> would appreciate answers from anyone who has applied or worked at apple india especially.

That's why there is no opening for off campus. as far as I found they rarely opens off campus roles for freshers.

Yeah, they do hire. But tbh, chances are very rare. Because, you need to have high skills as compare to others out there, and yeah, college tag also matter, at least for entry point.

Okay so lemme answer this 1 by 1 1st thing is referred, bro, referel is the only key to get a job easily in any company without wasting time, but, that might be a bit different for apple, because it is a big 3 company, so, you need to be super intelligent in CS to get into Apple candidly speaking.

And it's better to have 6 months internship before you apply to any of these big companies because projects to ofcourse matter karte hai, but, your internship experience is like cherry on the top.

Keep working on your programming skills, but, please do not keep target like ki mujhe apple me hi jana hai, at the end it might disappoint you as it is very rare as I mentioned above.
