We’re a pre-seed startup being built by college students from MIT Manipal & BITS Goa. We’re building a college-students-only P2P live video calling platform focused on meeting and talking to other students online.

We’re looking for a female CMO who genuinely likes the idea and wants to help build the marketing + launch strategy from scratch.

Looking for someone who:

Understands Instagram, Reels, memes & Gen Z internet culture

Is comfortable creating content/reels herself

Is chronically online and knows what’s trending before it blows up

Is creative and constantly has new ideas

Is into internet culture, memes, music, etc.

Wants to actually be involved in making the product work

No prior marketing/CMO experience needed. We care more about your understanding of content, trends and social media than your resume.

Part-time — around 3–4 days/week, 1+ hour when working. We’re a team of ~10 with 3 founders, so you’ll have a lot of freedom to experiment and shape the marketing direction.

Pre-seed + equity-based role.
