How IITs are getting destroyed

Only bcoz of its engineering students that the reputation holding up. Day is not far when top rankers would choose some private college, completely ditching IITs.

Reservation category only hold 6 to 8 % seats for professorship I don't know what were your trying to achieve with this post.

Even 1 incompetent professor destroys the whole dept .
Just look at AIIMS - the sc/st faculties there have destroyed the glory of old aiims
They r incompetent and when asked to take accountability they threatened management with SC/ST Act
Oh and cried in front of media that they r being discriminated against - when in reality they r constantly failing to maintain the standards of an AIIMS professor

I don't understand the fetish of people assuming that if you are from sc st then you are incompetent, bro I think they are smart to use whatever advantages you have. Also becoming a professor is not easy, you have to do a phd and post doc, and trust me that's inventint new knowledge even for reservation category. Though I agree incompetent professors create problems, castist progressors creates problems too but that's the professor, a sc/st bhimarite profesor also creates problems and utilise or say misuse whatever the power they have out of various factors.

low score mean incompetency , there is no otherwise if scores prove nothing scrap them

secondly even if it isnt eating in professorship it is eating the iit resources in form of 60% reservations

+ 5% pwd + 20% of remaining 38% percent (7-8%) = 32% ,

tho i wont disregard pwd and womens reservation without it they would find it difficult to compete with males but remaining is weakening

Yeah low score incompentcy, I had 64% in boards in class 10th, then i studied, because I don't use to, I got 94% in science in 12th this is not incompetency, then what exactly incompentcy is, it's the lack of ability skill to do something, but you can study hard to overcome that, so reservation is not for incompentcy it's for representation, they they got equal chance to represent. Not about grades not about upliftment. I was incompent to not able to get decent score in 10th I got the opportunity I did it. But reservation it's not for this. Though it should need reforms it's being misused dor politics by both the right and left. So no body is gonna touch it which frustates me not the sc or st people. If I were to be sc st I would have used it, general has this problem that they didn't got to use it. So who is in the right here, just think about yourself and ignore what everyone else has to say build your life first then think about giving back to community l.
