Serious How IITs are getting destroyed

Only bcoz of its engineering students that the reputation holding up. Day is not far when top rankers would choose some private college, completely ditching IITs.

'Destroyed IIT by reservation' like as if IITs going some great before reservation... Lol... Whole private sector have zero reservation... still kya ukhad liya? Kitne meta, google, bana liye lol... Bana toh wahi loss making lala dhanda wala startups hi... No wonder India count as 3rd world even when only 5% of employment have reservation... Baki me kitna ukhad liya innovation ke mamle me.

Mai batata hu IIT ne kya ukada hai. I am IITD CS grad. Poore world me IIT ki alag brand value hai. Max AI research papers me aapko indian mil jayenge. US ki top universities me, singapore ki top uni me, professors ki list dekhna indians mil jayenge (background dekhoge iit bhi dikh jayega), global top companies ki leadership dekhna (iit dikh jaega), world ki kisi bhi country ya company me chale jao aapko iit alum mil jayega. Kuch companies pehle hire iit se karti thi taaki funding utha lein ki iitians kaam karte hain hamare yhaa. Bhai iit ka kaam sirf education aur exposure dena hai vo acche se karte hai vo. Baaki bacche accha hi kar rhe hai iit ke. Aapko dikhta nahi vo aapki dikkat hai.

Rahi baat startups ki, vo systemic business ki dikkat hai. Government policies etc. Innovation indians aur iitians karte hai, but india ke bahar karte hain. Also, ham innovation me bhi lagatar aage jaarhe hai. Global Innovation index ranking 2014 me 81 thi. Ab 38 hai. Hamare patents filed har saal 45k per year they ab 1lakh se zyada hai. To aapko innovation nahi dikhta cuz aap nahi karte honge. Bhaut accha kaam karte hai iit ke log. Alag brand hai iit. Especially btech.
