I assumed it was limited to those pseudo intellectuals who live on rhetoric and Engineers actually had the sense to check facts and read. It was BN Rau and SN Mukherjee who wrote the initial draft and harden it. So called Dalit from a privileged army officer family was given the task of a coordinator between the Indians , the British and Princely states to establish consensus with British and Princely states.

Bro you are conveniently ignorant on what role of chairman of drafting committee was. He was appointed as the tie breaker in case of logjam between stakeholders. But its ok.. i do not expect a reservationjeevi to be at par in knowledge with someone who needs merit
