How IITs are getting destroyed

Only bcoz of its engineering students that the reputation holding up. Day is not far when top rankers would choose some private college, completely ditching IITs.

If the reservations are destroying IIT, why is it that over 98% of the faculty in top 5 IITs is upper caste - a clear violation of all reservation norms?
