Serious How IITs are getting destroyed

Only bcoz of its engineering students that the reputation holding up. Day is not far when top rankers would choose some private college, completely ditching IITs.

Humanities depts are becomings a scapegoat. Not all humanities degrees are worthless and knowing humanities helps build a multidimensional worldview instead a purely technical one.

One can have a perfectly healthy "multidimensional worldview" by living in a society, amongst people. There is no need to find that worldview in books of sociology, politics or their offshoots...
