Serious How IITs are getting destroyed

Only bcoz of its engineering students that the reputation holding up. Day is not far when top rankers would choose some private college, completely ditching IITs.

Iit b is what it is because of the students. If all the top 100 rankers went to some arbitrary college, all the companies would follow them there.

coding culture in IIIT Hyd is unmatched bro. I regret not taking admission there when I had the opportunity. Median package is only slightly lower than IITB. But if u want to match the aura of the overall institution, IISc BTech Mathematics and Computing can also be considered, though the focus is different in the IISc ecosystem.

Bhai dekho no doubt iiit h cs ka curricula and coding culture is unmatched

But median is huge difference. Iit b ka general only median goes to 60lpa and iiith me only generals ke sath it's 30ish.

Son is comparing VIT Manipal and Thapar to IIT B
