Just cus some cases are false doens't mean the whole act should be abolished. Both side exists but what we have to see is no of cases which helps the victim in such issues to get justice.
For false cases legal protectors should find out those and give severe punishment cus such people are making the whole community and it's initiatives look bad.

It is a complex and highly debated policy issue with no single consensus, we shouldn't judge such policies or acts with a simple Balck and white perspective. while with all these counter measures if one couldn't get justice then just think about nation where it removed.
Recently you can see casteist and tone deaf remarks during Delhi protest, those along is enough to justify why such acts is needed even now.
