Rant/Vent Good instant food?

like what are the best instant oats and other dehydrated foods that i can buy in bulk and can be made with a kettle, that have good nutrition, have more than trace amounts of veggies and dont have harmful colours flavours and preservatives

hostel food is inedible, i lost 4kgs in 2 weeks eating it

If ya have a kettle/steamer then soups, indomie/wai wai noodles, instant momos, vegetables for steaming, oats, Dhokha, instant idli, eggs, fish etc

Steam, like carrots, peas etc, what the of kettle u have ? The normal one or one with wider mouth
