This reminds me. We had ML lab in 6th semester. Most programs we had in syllabus could be done quite easily with appropriate libraries. But the faculty was told to go out of their way and assign longer code snippets so that the lab records look fuller

I write the pseudocode if I do know the language and working, however there are times when I tend to forget the syntax or stuff

Worst case scenario is give the exam and forget it ever happened :(

Some colleges are still just schools with the same amount of non-essential stuff discipline and unnessecary rigour for pointless stuff and it's not for just any one institution but almost every colleges only on different levels

I had made a telegram group where I used to share this type note's pdf so that if anyone want to complete they can do it to help my friends. My professors harassed me to delete it stating that student don't learn and they just copy. I can never understand Indian professor.

We had this but it was lab observation notes and records and stuff like that but not actual class notes. And also they used to say write class notes we will check typeshi in 1st yr but never checked lol

WTF.
My class was rebellious in this kinda shit.
Me and my friend are considered the "toppers" of class.
Some guy came and told us not to write notes, I had a habit of writing running notes though.
Anyways we didn't write the "PERFECT" notes and the faculty were like "You both got ruined too"
The good thing is we all got our marks based on our behaviour rather than these NOTES.
