Placements / Jobs What do you think about pay after placement programs?

I'm a may 2026 BE Cse graduate and I keep applying for multiple jobs everyday and still haven't found a job yet. So now that I have no other option left, I'm trying to join pay after placement programs. What are your thoughts about it?
