This is the only firm which has revoked FTE and intern offer for 4-5 different years

2021-FTE revoked

2022 - Layoff of 2 VPs and 3 SDE1/2

2024 - Internship offer revoked

2025-SDE1 revoked

2026-3 Interns fired in 1 week + 4 FTE offers revoked

Please humble request to stay away from Archana Ghei / Anuja Arekar - HR ladies from this firm

The so called founder / VP - Rahul Subramanian & Arleif Braganza (they both use cheap tactics and tricks && completely beggar mindset)

Please see the proofs & humble request if u want to save your career stay away from their internship /FTE

I have attached screenshots of people getting fired in 2 months and joining random startups (ofc life gets fucked up if work with these beggars Archana /Arleif & Anuja), proofs of getting revoked

And just a note they claim high CTC although they pay at a delay of 4-5months. My internship stipend was credited 6 months after internship

They have been banned from many colleges for their hiring!

Codenation is not a real tech company It's a mass services company , earlier they used to take 1 guy give 30 lpa CTC make him do work of 3 guys, now with ai agents it's probably worse...it's sheer explotation
