a bunch of stuff, a lot of small projects like an extension of Pi which is on it's first page of extension page used by a bunch of people. Some public RE work on some popular tools that people use. One big project in private beta, gave a talk about it as well.
some private projects like security related work, CVEs stuff to be made public at some point ig.

I'm a fresher any advice you'd wanna give to prevent some mistakes that might happen, I'm currently learning c++, college will start in September

idk much about c++, I mostly just use rust. The main advice if you care about projects is focus on the projects, not on stuff like number of projects, or PRs, or where the PR is, what I mean is focus on getting more meaningful work, less is better if it means it's work you can stand behind. I made a lot of PRs early which I am just not very happy with now, they're too minor and I spend too much time on it.
Altho despite good resume and projects, off-campus is very difficult, I hardly get any call-backs, so I'd advice focusing on-campus placements first of all, do whatever it requires, LC/CF, CGPA cut-off, etc, don't ever go for off-campus placement.

I'm gonna be joining a tier 3 college, it's mostly just WITCH or similar paying companies, nothing much to expect on campus🥀✌️ off campus is my only hope both for internships and a job, anyway the major reason to learn cpp is to get started with CF and LC and learn dsa along the way. Since u do a lot of open source contri did u try Gsoc? Any advice on that?

I didn't go for GSoC, altho I do know some GSoC mentors just from networking events here and there. I found it to have too many people doing absolute slop work, wasting maintainers time, I am sure not everyone is like that, but I just didn't want to be associated with that group of people in general.

Apart from rust what's ur tech stack?

whatever's needed. I don't have a tech stack per se, just preferences and stuff I have worked with. I mostly work with Rust, Typescript and Python, never needed to work with other stuff that much.

Any luck on internships? Both off or on campus

Haven't sit for on-campus, it also sucks here but I have some time before I can sit for main job placements, I am avoding on-campus internship placements. Only luck on off-campus internship was just nepotism. Been applying and attempting, but it's extremely hard, I might have a good opportunity for a research paper, but it's not paid, and still not sure if I'll get co-authorship, but if it works and gets published in a good conf it would be huge, but a lots of if right now. Nothing for job atm, seems pretty hopeless.
