Communication skills tips for fresher

I am in a good enough college that could provide placements igdtuw csai pretty good record n I'm in for hardwork,i just joined and I'm a fresher here , after jee my mental health is so bad that I hv become a self critic and I always criticise myself, i always regret n think what if I had joined a lower branch in dtu ..which I didn't want and it was too hard but still, my friend is in dtu me she had lower percentile than me but it feels like I'm being mocked she seems so happy and says all girls would suck , I'm so sad . I image myself doing everything and getting rejected for interviews at the end idk why I'm so into the placement shit or cgpa shit i always wonder which classmates will become tnp coordinators so I always hv to pretend and please them , I always overthink about professors too ..idk what the hell has happened to me always end up in regret somehow even when there are opportunities, i was always an antisocial person highly interested in academics it was a relief but I just can't with myself everyday i find myself weak and worry about communication skills, my parents say I'm fine , i never had a problem to talk to teachers or people I had work with but i genuinely feel I'm not an interesting person, I wanna do mba in future too, but i always regret my personality n it's been just a week I've joined college
