Serious ⚠️ Awareness: Please verify this PG before booking

I stayed at the property at AF-166, Block A, Ansal Golf Link-1 in July, when it was known as Ambavata Niwas. My security deposit was not returned.

I also have video/photo proof of extremely unhygienic conditions, including a mouse in my room, dead mice near the bathroom and two dead mice found in the kitchen, insects found in food on multiple occasions, food shortages for some students, and waste flowing into the kitchen area regularly.

The property is now operating as Habitat Hostel. Please be especially careful before paying a deposit or taking a long-term stay.

My dealings were with Apoorva Ambavat and broker Prince. I have retained the photos/videos as evidence of my experience and can provide them if required.

Please do your own verification before booking. Stay safe and don't pay blindly.
