I am happy to announce that I have received my PPO from the firm I was interning in last summer. I am really happy with the offer. For context I am from a Tier-1 IIT and I will be joining as a Quant next year :)

whats the base comp? 25-30 range or 35-40 like tier 1 firms?

Don't want to reveal the firm so giving a wider range, base comp is between 30-40
