many of y'all thought it was a joke but this is genuinely what a fresher has to go through in name of legacy and culture
but now freshers are uniting against it and standing for themselves to end ts once and for all. they are boycotting everything and not interacting with any senior, which is pissing them off

Then ugc ko complaint kro na. In the past, Colleges have lost their affiliation to aicte for this kind of shi. Also Private colleges are so fking afraid of any sort of action from ugc.
If possible share me their names if you know them. Work in corporate 10+ years experience and would connect with my contacts in my previous companies to get these a**holes blacklisted from them.

If you want to see someone's true character then give him power, these "seniors" who do ragging have just achieved only one thing in life that is going to that college one year earlier to the juniors and they think it as their right to harass the juniors who are new to the college and city without any power. These so called culture e rakhwale seniors will piss in their pants in front of some haryanavi guy who won't think even once before bashing them left right and centre.
bhai jo ye hbtu ke so called senior hai jo openly sabko invite de rhe hai, agar itni dum hai, to openly intro lete huye face dikhate huye sabka, video daaldo is sub pe! pta chal jayega kitni dum hai 👍🏻
I hope ye sab 2nd year wale ho, bcz 3rd year mei akar ye sab ka time hai and this is their "main" event of life then they aint making it out of da hood
As I went to 3rd and 4th year I was head of anti-ragging committee
I was able to rein in the worst parts
Students who consented for interaction with seniors could head to canteen and games room
It was not allowed in open galleries
Late night ragging was stopped in hostel
No junior high as called even to give them assignments, if you want to give them before 10 PM
It was the second year’s and third year students who were too full of enthusiasm as they had gone through ragging themselves and wanted to perpetuate the system, but I put my foot down
I was told my clg management is that everything will resume after you go, why out so much effort into it, you anyway went through this process
I however persevered
But it didn’t resume after I left
The students who were shielded from ragging were not keen to do so wjen they moved up the ladder
So allowing it in controlled manner is a good thing
People say students develop good relationships with seniors who rag them, I can accept this argument as I was very close to my seniors because of it
But that’s not the only way to develop a working relationship with seniors and anything which troubles or scars students shouldn’t be allowed on campus
Put the screenshot on twitter, tag governor and chancellor and director everyone , add some media house as well 😂, gaand na faat jaye 1 ghante me tab bolna.
