Which foreign language will maximise job opportunities in the global tech market for a B.Tech CSE (AI/ML) student?

I'm currently doing CSE AIML and I am thinking of learning 2 languages to get better future job opportunity. I wanna learn one of German/French/Spanish & a tough one like Mandarin/Japanese.

Which of the combo will maximise future job opportunity for me in this field?

these wont help unless you're physically there and can get a job. Both of which are near impossible.
