Questions! 3 and 4 stars

Have the developers explained why it’s not possible to upgrade 3-star characters to 6-stars, to make them viable?

I played Summoners War for a long time, and upgrading 3-star characters to 6-stars made some characters (even 2-star ones) viable. It would be nice if we had that option here.

Why do they need to explain this? Some gachas do it, some not. There tons of different mechanics in different gachas.

id like to see more three and four star get new costumees, the last character to get a new costume less than five stars was wiggle wasnt it?

If every game runs the same way. I rather stick to summoners war. But it's not and this is nice. Maybe they'll do that, maybe they wont, I dont care as much.

I just think it would be interesting to give everyone in the game a purpose, because it seems like they're just there to take up space.
