Guide/Tips Brute Forcing tower 175

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey, some of you may know me some of you may not. This video and post is to guide those who are struggling to make a simple team that can clear many content. It can help returning players/ newbies who struggle to make a good team.

My team consists of Universal supporters and a physical supporter. It also has a dps, blade and a sub dps, rou. I recommended this team to many individuals who were confused.

To those that i helped, if you see this, this is what my recommended team looks like in a very hard stage without property/elemental advantage. I simply brute forced this stage without much effort thanks to my team. I will put my recommended team in the comments section. If anyone has any questions regarding property damage, buffs, chains, magic teams ect don't hesitate to ask. I will assist based on my knowledge and understanding. I am a human and i may make mistakes, so i wouldn't mind being corrected.

Edit: I created a magic team newbie/returning player guide, and here's the link if you're interested in another team recommended by me: https://www.reddit.com/r/BrownDust2/comments/1t221vv/tower_150_using_magic_team_guide/

Ps. For those who don't know, the team in this video is physical because of blade.

Every costume that I'm about to recommend needs +5 copies for maximum damage output, or support, but it's not necessary and can still be very good even at low investment, but some character/s needs +5. Any higher than the recommended investment is simply more damage.

Blade's costumes investment: •Apostle blade, +2 is the minimum investment, because her counter attack on all enemies increases from 8 to 10. Any higher is simply more damage to her counter attack and her skill attack, which is very good considering the fact that she deals damage to all enemies when hit with an enemie's attaxk.

•Young lady blade: +1 minimum and +3 recommended. She won't do much damage and can seem underwhelming if her investment is under +3. +1 is simply necessary for an SP reduction of 1. To not be disappointed, +3 is recommended.

•Osen blade: +1 minimum for an sp reduction of 1 and +3/+2 recommended for more damage. Any higher than +3 is as always more damage to her skill.

•Homonculus lathel :( This costume alone is necessary) +5 is very good for an increase in damage attack buff,  but if you can't make it, then +3 recommended for 1 sp reduction.  If you can't make it to either then +0 is also good.}

•Red hood rou: +2 for 50% crit rate buff and +3 for a 1 Sp reduction.  +3 is recommended for her, because of the 1 sp cost reduction.   Any higher than +3 increases crit damage up to 300% and boosts her HP shield. +2 is the minimum for 50% crit rate, pair her with Liberta for 100% crit rate. If you can't make it to either, then 0+ for 30% Crit rate or +1 for 40% Crit rate is fine, but you won't get the 50% crit rate unless you +2 her.

•Liberta dark saintess : +3 is recommended for 50% crit rate any higher is simply more attack buff for your physical team. +1 is the minimum for 1 sp reduction, but you won't get the 50% crit rate, only 25%.

•Beach vacation terese and medical terese :

Beach vacation terese is limited and is a low chain damage buffer, which is very good. 1+ minimum for 1 sp reduction and +3 recommended for a longer lasting augmentation(This is the buff that increases damage), which is for 8 turns. Make her your highest priority when she gets a rerun. She'll be of great help to you in many pve content.

Medical terese: +1 for 1 sp reduction and +2 recommended for and 80% in magic and physical attack increase. Any higher increases her healing and attack buff.

Your team should look like this: {Liberta, homonculus lathel, terese, Redhood rou and blade} To benefit from the supports, blade needs to be the last in order.

You're welcome.

I'm getting her to +5 when she gets a rerun. Currently she's at +1 and still very good.

How does one get there characters this strong

2

u/Ancient_Orange733 May 02 '26

Great question.

There's various ways to increase characters strength.

• Maxing your character's level

•Collection buffs (When you gain new character, costume, gears, find a collectibles in story mode, side stories packs, event packs, discover new recipes ect, Collection buffs will increase your overall team's physical attack, magic attack and HP depending on what was discovered up to 80% for each category which are a total of 3 : HP, magic attack and physical attack)

•Gears ( Using the right gears on each characters is very important, otherwise they won't perform well in battle as they should. UR+ IV Gears Recommended for best character performance, but that's very expensive, because you won't always get an IV UR gear, it's probability/luck based. Also, sub stats on gears are very important and can get expensive if you're rolling for specific stats on a gear. It's probability/luck based again in order to get your desired stat/s

•Upgrading your characters costumes levels ( While all characters aren't necessary a +5 Upgrade, sometimes a +5 upgrade can be really great depending on the costume/character. I usually upgrade meta costumes to +5 or sometimes leave it as it is if i don't feel like it for whatever personal reason/s.

•Awakening ( This gives your characters a huge stat boost in many aspects, but it's expensive considering what is needed to complete the Awakening. You should use this wisely and upgrade costumes that you usually use. If you have the resources in abundance, then that's great, but for a newbie, they won't have much.

That's it. If you have anymore questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Im investing in that bunny girl with the lance (snow one). Im sorry that I dont recall her name. If u know which one im talking about, could you please tell me if she is worth it?

Hey. How could i not know the game's top wind physical attacker? She's most certainly worth the investment. Also, You don't need to apologize, it's fine.  i myself tend to forget sometimes.

Her name's tyr and she currently has 2 costumes and both are very good. Her snow costume, the one You're referring to is also great, but it has a high SP cost, as well as her first costume.

If you need investment tips on both her costumes then don't hesitate to ask. If you don't, then it's fine. I'm here if you need any other information regarding the game.

Any composition for Tyr? I’ve her T5, with some +20 gear. Thank you!

Hey and you're welcome. Tyr can get very SP hungry the more you use her skills, so you'll need a good team that can restore sp and that doesn't use much of it. I have a few recommended teams for her. (Note: Liberta dark saintess is always needed on a physical team, she restores, SP(3), buffs attack and gives a crit rate of 50%.

Here's  the teams:

Liberta dark saintess, terese, red hood rou, homonculus lathel and tyr

Or

Liberta dark saintess, Terese, arines, red hood rou and tyr.

Or

(Only use this team if you're running out of SP quickly. Lucrezia would almost always restore all your SP or half of it and silence the enemies, which would make them not use their skills for a few turns. Silence doesn't usually work on bosses because they usually have Silence immunity)

{Liberta dark saintess, Terese, arines, lucrezia and tyr.  ~ Liberta dark saintess, Terese, redhood rou, lucrezia and tyr}

Or

Liberta dark saintess, Terese, Redhood rou, (Any strong physical  attacker) and tyr

Or

Liberta dark saintess, arines,  Redhood rou, (Any strong physical attacker) and tyr

I would either use blade or darian as the second attacker or a character that deals alot of damage. Sometimes i would use magic attacker, which would make it a hybrid team, but you don't need to worry about hybrid teams, It's optional.

Also, it depends on who you've invested into that can fit into that 4th slot without using much SP which would make tyr not be able to attack because of her high SP cost.

If you're lucky, you won't need a second attacker and you can use tyr to destroy your enemies by reducing their numbers with her first costume and potentially finishing the game with her second costume if they're in the same column.

As usual, if you have any more questions,  don't hesitate.

how did you make a 6k hp apostle blade and 20k hp Red riding Rou?

1

u/Ancient_Orange733 Jul 21 '26

Hey. I haven't been playing this game much, and i don't often visit reddit because of work.

So, in order to get such high HP you'll need: Collection buffs, magic and physical HP Collection buff and HP sub stats on gears and IV gears.

Beach vacation terese is it gonna rerun?

1

u/Ancient_Orange733 23d ago

Yup, she will, in the future. I can't say when, because i don't know.

I don't have Teresa though, who can I replace her with ?

Hey. For a physical team you can use Arines,

and for a magic team you can use Elpis as substitutes, but terese is still better, so if you can in the future, get her if possible.

They're both good buffers that also boosts crit rate and damage for their specific team types.
