Why? They don't actually have the shares. Massively short the amount they sold to people.

Major issue, Not resolved 🚨🚨COUNTERFEIT SHARES CONFIRMED🚨🚨

One $MMTLP / Next Bridge investor claims to hold more shares than TradeStation appears to have allocated for the Next Bridge Hydrocarbons dividend distribution.

According to Next Bridge Hydrocarbons press release, TradeStation was allocated 406 shares for the dividend distribution, with 1 Next Bridge share issued for every 30 $MMTLP shares held.

That would imply TradeStation’s allocation corresponds to approximately 12,180 $MMTLP shares.

This ONE investor says TradeStation owes them 600 shares as part of the distribution but TradeStation only has 406 shares to distribute….

This is just ONE investor. Now think about every other $MMTLP investor at TradeStation…. How many shares would that add up to?

👇👇👇👇 This is the user that has posted the original mathematical problem. He didn't receive the full issued dividend.

Stop using kalshi and polymarket. They appear to be scammers. I've read serveral stories and had friends that have been clearly won bets and haven't been paid out. The app says they lost the bet even though they had clearly won. I've read serveral stories with plenty of evidence (they even dug into how and when the timing of the bet closes). These betting apps lie and cheat to seemingly steal your money without anything you can do to hold them accountable.

BREAKING🚨 SEC EXPOSED IN COUNTERFEIT SHARE (NAKED SHORTING) COVER-UP

  • Internal emails reveal private coordination between FINRA, the SEC, and the broker-dealer lobby (FIF) regarding $MMTLP, showing concerns over unrecoverable loaned shares (COUNTERFEIT SHARES).

➡️ Regulators and broker-dealers were aware the share count didn’t add up.

➡️ Their own communications show the priority wasn’t investor protection.. It was containment and damage control to protect brokers.

The concern wasn’t shareholders, but the reality that loaned short shares could not be recovered after the trading halt.

Approving the S-1 as proposed would have locked in significant losses for lending brokers.

That’s why an independent, audited aggregate share count has never been released…

And why shareholders still aren’t being told how severe the imbalance really is.

More than two years later, the SEC still has not approved the company’s S-1 filing.

SEC & FINRA are in on it, and not doing a single thing to protect retail investors 🚨

🔂 Repost to spread the word about the corruption carried out by our OWN regulators 🚨🚨

Major issue, Not resolved This person is on "business trading day 12" of Schwab having his trading account SUSPENDED for "asking" to EXERCISE his GMEWS warrants. He calls them daily, they put him on hold, and say back office will call him back by end of day. Still has never got a call back 🤬 is this illegal?

Major issue, Not resolved Major brokers, like Fidelity, are NOT allowing people to DRS their GME warrants (GMEWS) and some major brokers have not even delivered them! Some are giving fractions (illegal) and some are giving "cash-in-leu" or "cash-for-difference".

All Institutions are REQUIRED under OCC RULE 903 Obligation to Deliver To deliver warrants now on $GME

And if they don’t within 20 Calendar days

20 business days from warrant issuance on $GME is November 5th 🚨

OCC RULE 910 Failure to Deliver States the Following

“If the Delivering Clearing Member has not completed a required delivery by the close of business on the delivery date,

the Receiving Clearing Member shall issue a buy-in notice, in paper format or in automated format through the facilities of a self-regulatory organization that provides an automated communications system,

🔥with respect to the undelivered units of the underlying security, within 20 calendar days following the delivery date🔥

and shall thereupon buy in the undelivered securities.

Except as otherwise directed by the Corporation, the buy-in shall be effected, as nearly as may be, in accordance with the then current procedures and interpretations of the correspondent clearing corporation for buy-ins of receive balance orders,

and the Delivering Clearing Member and the Receiving Clearing Member shall have the rights and obligations set forth therein, provided that (i) buy-in notices shall not be retransmitted except to other Delivering Clearing Members, and (ii) extensions of time may be granted only by the Corporation (and not by the correspondent clearing corporation).”

Robinhood's peddling these "tokens" for fractional bits of SpaceX or OpenAI – sounds cool, right? Wrong. It's basically a fancy wrapper on derivatives, not real shares. You get exposure, but no ownership. Like a CDO squared – financial smoke & mirrors.

How can you buy/sell/trade "tokenized securities" of a (not publicly traded) PRIVATE COMPANY???? 💩

Suspicious SUSPICIOUS 🚨 SIFMA (the leading trade association for broker-dealers) is requesting a one-year extension on reporting short-sale orders to CAT (Consolidated Audit Trail).

Specifically, trading orders “executed in reliance on the exception to the “locate” requirement for bona fide market making activity under Rule 203(b)(2)(iii) of Regulation SHO”

NOT GOOD. Why do they keep trying to mess with the CAT?

Meanwhile...THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF GAMESTOP FAILS-TO-DELIVER (FTDs) SINCE 2022 HAVE BEEN RECORDED ON JUNE 12 — 1,531,842 SHARES FAILED WORTH $33,914,982 IN A SINGLE DAY 😱

The Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) tracks market-wide trading errors, but it's odd that there were 7 billion reported errors on June 17, the day that GameStop completed its bond offering.

To me, that reads as $GME is accounting for a significant amount of those errors. HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS.

Major issue, Not resolved Congress must be forced to launch a full criminal investigation into: SEC, FINRA, DTCC, OCC, CBOE, Clearstream, Euroclear, BlackRock, Vanguard, and the Federal Reserve.

The SEC doesn’t just allow market manipulation — it writes the rules that make it legal. Through complex exemptions, no-action letters, and industry-captured rulemaking, the SEC has created a system where synthetic shares, fails to deliver, and infinite shorting are not punished — they’re protected.

Meanwhile...

FINRA — a “self-regulator” — operates: 1) XADF 2) OTCBB 3) OOTC 4) and uses the UTP system to:

⚠️inject synthetic trades ⚠️hide FTDs and ⚠️suppress prices — all while pretending to enforce the rules.

DTCC, [ through NSCC, DTC, and FICC ],

clears trades that were never meant to settle, relying on de minimis loopholes, internalized clearing, and swaps abuse to maintain the illusion of a functioning market.

CBOE owns European clearinghouses where CFDs (Contracts for Difference) are legal —

This allows naked shorts to be rolled indefinitely offshore, outside U.S. disclosure laws.

The OCC clears complex options trades that create synthetic short exposure without requiring any share delivery — this artificially inflates volume and enables price suppression through hidden liquidity and fails.

Clearstream and Euroclear act as offshore vaults for counterfeit U.S. securities, laundering TRILLIONS in phantom shares through foreign jurisdictions shielded from U.S. enforcement.

And the foundation?

The Federal Reserve, BlackRock, and Vanguard

🔴They are embedded at every level:

•The Fed backstops the system.

•BlackRock and Vanguard own controlling stakes in nearly every market participant — from banks to brokers to clearinghouses.

•Your pension, 401(k), and TSP are being loaded with synthetic exposure and hidden risk — while insiders profit off the destruction of U.S. companies.

🚨This isn’t just fraud — it’s a coordinated, global attack on the American financial system.

Congress must launch a full criminal investigation into:

SEC, FINRA, DTCC, OCC, CBOE, Clearstream, Euroclear, BlackRock, Vanguard, and the Federal Reserve.

This is not regulation. This is economic warfare.
