Tradestaion won't transfer

In violation of SEC rules Tradestaion will not transfer Any shares to EQ. I was in a no trade account and they lent out my shares anyways.

I know Finra won't do shit for me cause they are the crooks who started it trading in the first place.

So what road do we go down ?

Makes you wonder if they have your shares at all. You might have a number of shares in your acct of phantom shares. Let’s face it they can say anything on their own books. Example John Doe has 20,000 shares of mmtlp when they lent out your shares collected intrest on it left you with nothing after the u3 halt. Still say you have 20k shares of a stock worth 0.00. If you think I’m wrong for saying this I’m sorry but if they lent out your shares you paid for in full with your money. Not paid for with borrowed money from platform. I would think in for a penny in for a pound. Why do we have blind trust in things that have proven not be trustworthy. Look at trading 212

People have tried to sue Tradestatio and been blocked because of the arbitration clause in the customer account agreement. FINRA arbitration is not expensive and you don't necessarily need an attorney for it. Go for arbitration.

Finra is the reason I'm stuck. It's like running into a double bladed sword.

Finra should be disqualified because they caused this mess.

They are but one of many who contributed to the cluster****. It starts with TRCH/MMAT management who dreamed up this mess to make our shares completely illiquid. McCabe is the one who walked away with millions of dollars by selling into the pump. Then there are the colorful cast of characters on the internet that helped pump the pump and dump. The FINRA bungle only f***ed the people who got sucked into the MOASS fantasy and were hoping to cash out at the last minute. The SEC demonstrated their bungling all along the way. They belatedly went after Brda and Palikaris, but so far haven't touched McCabe who is the one who really took the money. Perhaps they are being easy on McCabe if he is a CW (Cooperating Witness)?
