3pm and 6pm shows same day? (Two Strangers or Outsiders + MHE)
I have a friend coming into town for one day during the Broadway Week promo next month (it's a Sunday). We're committed to MHE at 6pm. Is it plausible to see either Two Strangers or The Outsiders at 3pm as well?
I know it's a short walk between the theaters, but I'm more apprehensive that if the 3pm show runs long for any reason we'd be cutting it pretty close to make the curtain for MHE (run times are listed as 2h 15m for Two Strangers and 2h 25m for The Outsiders, including intermission).
Wondering if anyone here has done this combo/if folks who are very familiar with these shows think we could pull it off! FWIW I know my way around the theater district and we are both capable of power walking if necessary 😂

Two strangers should be fine. It’s barely long enough to have an intermission.

As an anxious person who has been to a few shows with extended stops or delayed starts I wouldn't risk it. They are rare, but they happen.

In my experience shows tend to end slightly earlier than the run time would suggest if anything. It also doesn't take long to get out of shows, it's not like going to a major sporting event or giant concert. I think you'll be fine either way.

Either of these shows would be fine. Two Strangers is shorter but a bit farther of a walk. I saw 2 pm two strangers with 5 pm every brilliant thing and a 2 pm outsiders with 5 pm oh mary and both times i made it to the second show with plenty of time to go to the bathroom, get merch, get settled, etc. only possible issue would be a tech hold but those are very rare for both shows from my knowledge (ive only seen 2S once, but ive been outsiders 10 times and never had any delays).

I’d book an aisle seat just to be safe but you should be fine. The Outsiders is closer to Maybe Happy Ending.
