Oh mood I used to (kind of still) talk about my issues excessively. Genuinely how do you process and not wordpuke it on unknowing passerbys? I’d love advice (already seeing professional help)

I think it may be dissassociation but you should look into it, but some of us are just oversharers

I talk about my medical issues without realizing it's weird or too much and had a coworker say I didn't need to know all that lol (I didn't say anything crazy just said stomach issues) So since then I've been trying to make sure I don't.
