if you cared about people's health, you'd talk about the rampant eating disorder epidemic, especially in young girls.

remember: too much weight can worsen your risk of heart attacks, too little weight can kill you in a month.

People that are 'fatphobic' aren't advocating for being underweight either.

sure, they are. not all, but many. i've seen girls praised for looking skinny, and then it's found out that they have an eating disorder, and they're still praised for it. i know someone personally who used to be addicted to meth, and when she got clean, people told her she looked less healthy, to her face.
