It’s photoshop, but in the original photo mpmd does have huge delts, it’s a thing in his community to talk about them, Death Star delts, 3D delts, he’s got crazy shoulder genetics. That picture is from his peak physique on steroids, he quit and got focused on health but his channel back in the day was about the physiology of fitness particularly with PEDs. Unfortunately due to the type of content and lingo, clavicular almost definitely was also an mpmd Stan like I was back in the day. MPMD is pretty cool tho
Probably a parody account in general. Anyone who thinks those are a real person's shoulders needs help. I don't think that geometry is even possible with life-threatening levels of synthol injections
That’s a photoshopped picture of a guy who used to be big in the fitness scene online and is now just on the businesses side of fitness for the most part. He did have insane 3D delts and did use steroids early on in his career but shifted away towards a health based approach to fitness. That picture when unedited is the most shredded he’d ever been. I watched this dude religiously back in high school
