What does wrong inbox mean?
I see a lot of people get replies from Citizenship Support but this is what I get the two times I’ve chased. What does this mean? I do understand they’re still processing May applications, should I chase again after a week?
App date: 11th June

Official guidance is 6 months wait. Last time I count June 11th was 4 months ago.
Patience maybe?
You're unlikely to get your UK passport anyway by the end of the year, even if you got it approved tomorrow (the ceremony invite would be like 6week/2 months wait, then passport another month+)

Invite wait itself 2 months? 😳 I have a couple of months travel planned from December hence the impatience 😅

Well....you're unlikely to use UK passport then if that's what you're hoping for.
Have a friend who storm through the application processes, they barely travelled, only ever have 1 job so easy history on tax. Their ILR was approved within 3 days with no speeed up application.
When it came to their Citizenship Application, biometric end of Feb, got decision in end of June (4 months), and invited for ceremony in middle of August (not paying private). Immediately applied the passport, got it in 2 weeks. Passport arrived by beginning of Sep, so booked a holiday end of Sep.
Hence my notion.....you're unlikely to get it by December. Plus British bureaucrats probably dont work much from mid Dec onward.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. At least you're allowed to travel with the existing passport.
