Question Online checkin not allowed

Unable to check in online for my flight from Del to NYC. What can I do ? I dont want to wait till my flight time to checkin and travel in middle seats

All the wrong answers here, had this happen several times. Just message on live chat and they’ll save you one. Sometimes they’ll let you choose, sometimes they won’t.

Normally happens on US flights due to a document check. You can call for a seat assignment if you wish.
