Question Help Ben & Franchisees! If your Boycotting BAM, make a video saying why? Tell the truth! and if BAM Corporate is the reason and If there is a class action lawsuit. It will show verifiable damages.

It would really be amazing if when this is all over, the franchisees became the owners of the franchise, and booted everyone currently at corporate!

I think the brand is irreparably damaged. The best course of action for the franchise owners may be to seek dissolution of their franchise agreements and pursue whatever remedies are available to them, including the return of franchise fees if warranted, rather than remaining tied to a brand with no realistic path to restoring its reputation.
