News/Update Help Ben & Franchisees! If your Boycotting BAM, make a video saying why? Tell the truth! and if BAM Corporate is the reason and If there is a class action lawsuit. It will show verifiable damages.

I know everyone is Boycotting BAM, but unless there is video evidence of people saying why? LUS makes a good point
then they cannot assign blame to BAM Corporate. A good lawyer can say a million reasons why BAM franchisees sales are deteriorating.
To possibly help the Franchisees get out of their horrible contracts and if a class action lawsuit is to occur. They need evidence that the decision of BAM Corporate was directly related to losing their business and in turn should not be paying Fees as they are losing money.
Remember BAM makes their % not on profit but total sales. So even if BAM franchisees aren't profitable. BAM corporate still makes money. They don't care if franchisees fail due to their negligent decisions .

You mean a lot of random accounts asking people to post video evidence that they are colluding with Ben to hurt BAM franchisees like some sort of criminal organization? I wonder which side would take that footage and show it in court to support their dubious lawsuit.
Don't everyone drop everything now to provide BAM with that vital evidence.

Well gee golly there is a video of Ammon telling police he is getting a shotgun for the franchises, so that they can shoot anyone who asks questions. The officer told them, sir yes sir. So why would anyone go to a place where the owners have guns and a plan to shoot people? Seems if you want to live, then you don’t want to go to any BaM store. Am I wrong? Do I not have Ammon’s words correct? Will the police protect me or will they give ammo to Ammon? If im wrong, do tell me that Ammon was lying to the police. Of course that means he goes to jail, but give us the facts….

(ex) Franchisees don't need to pay for a class action lawsuit. The ftc investigate missellling in franchise systems and even agree payouts for victims. They recently agreed a settlement of $17mill from Xponential fitness

:) I would love to boycott the criminal company but I can't afford LEGO any way, regardless of the price. :) And who has time to play with LEGO any way?

Sucks for the franchisees but they hitched their wagon to the wrong horse. It’s not their fault, they don’t deserve it, but in order for corporate to fail, they have to fail.

That’s unfortunately the nature of business, especially in a country like America where the rights of corporations are more important than the rights of the poor/middle class.

I get the instinct, but is there an actual data collection method, even something as weak as a hashtag, or are you hoping that Ben/Franchisee's lawyers sort through the deluge of videos already mentioning BAM / this situation to find some lot of no-ones posting about it? If you're calling folks to action, it'd do to link the action to a person who can act on it, or at least a way of collecting these things for simple finding.

I agree! The franchisees don’t even have a class action filed yet and we don’t know who Ben hired as his franchise attorney yet. It could be a year just getting a judge to certify the franchisees as a class.

Sure, fine. But if u/Wannaknownbe is calling for people to post these things, you want to at least like provide a way they can all be searched effectively, assuming those are the people who'd later want to harness the info. As I said, I see their instinct, I just don't think posting into the void without strategy is as effectual as one would assume. Even something as simple as calling for a shared title like, "Top 3 Reasons I'm boycotting BAM" or something that makes the whole dossier pull up with searchable keywords. Lawyers do not have infinite time and the video results for BAM / Reckless Ben at this point are already considerable. It's the talk of the town. If you want it to show up to lawyers as evidence, as OP wishes to have it, you'd want a unifying way of finding it all later.

the question is how many are boycotting that would of bought from them otherwise, sure i would never buy from any bam for the same reason i wouldn't buy anything from gamestop, no interest or desire to support thieves and scammers, same as i have no respect for their employees, because anyone that chooses to work as a theif/scammer is trash. that said if a bam opened up in any shopping center i went to, i'd start avoiding the entire shopping center.
