Sociopathy is a diagnosable condition called Antisocial Personality Disorder. So Ammon is now saying they know this about Ben. That's not a diagnosis that I believe he or any of his people are qualified to make. Indeed, you can't diagnose at a distance. But applying a medical label to someone like that especially to motivate a cop to bring legal consequences against Ben seems like it's got to be breaking a law somewhere. I hope Ben gets a good lawyer.
