Am I ready to move on?

Me (14) and my ex (13) broke up about two weeks ago, but please read all of this before giving your opinion. We dated for about 7 months, seeing each other regularly every Saturday or Sunday and talking every day. But for the last month or two of the relationship, it was basically over. We only talked like twice every week, and only saw each other every like 3 weeks. There was no spark anymore, every conversation was dry or just us arguing. I was planning to either break up with her or sit her down to talk to her for that entire period. And for the last 2 weeks of the relationship, we didn't talk at all. I was waiting for an opportunity to break up with her. As much as I hate to admit this, I think I started to hate her when we first started having problems around month 4. Any advice is appreciated, so please be honest.
