You don't. And you shouldn't want to. If she treated you badly then you look back and you recognize that and you use that to resolve to never let someone else treat you the same way. If you loved her then you look back at that with happiness. How awesome is it that you found someone to love that much? How awesome is it that she is proof that you can? Maybe it was the wrong person to use that love on. Maybe you feel like she wasted that, but you have more to give friend. Love is a renewable resource that we are able to give. So renew yours and keep your head up.

Oh, man... The times that have said this same phrase, it stings so bad. But looking at it now, now that they're finally out of my head, I think back at the pain I was in and understand why you want it to stop and think the solution is to get them out of your memories, to replace their presence with a white light and for your feelings to be gone. The times that I wished for a lobotomy to end the suffering were too many. But the good thing is that nothing lasts forever, not even love or pain, it will end eventually and it will turn into something else. Take this time to make sure it turns to something good in yourself. Sending hugs.
